Amend SB 1233 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 4, lines 26 and 27, strike "COMPLAINTS; DISCIPLINARY ACTION; ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY. (a)" and substitute "COMPLAINTS.".

(2)  On page 5, strike lines 5 through 12.
