The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend SB 1257 (house committee printing) on page 4, between lines 25 and 26, by inserting the following:
(c) This section does not authorize a health benefit plan to deny mental health coverage or counseling to an enrollee regardless of whether that enrollee has ever undergone a gender transition procedure or treatment.
