Amend SB 1267 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 24, line 12, strike "or".
(2) On page 24, line 14, between "contract" and the period, insert the following:
; or
(5) an outboard motor that:
(A) is at least 40 years of age; and
(B) has a capacity of not more than 25 horsepower
