Amend SB 1388 on third reading in the SECTION of the bill adding Section 54.012, Health and Safety Code, as added by Amendment No. 1 by Frank on second reading, as follows:

(1)  In Subsection (a), strike "the participation by service providers with a total annual revenue of less than $2 million in the program" and substitute "participation in the program by service providers requesting a grant amount of less than $1 million".

(2)  In Subsection (a), strike "implementation" and substitute "contract".
