Amend SB 1610 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) Strike page 9, line 4, through page 10, line 20, and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
(2) On page 34, lines 12-13, strike "36.06, and 38.11" and substitute "and 36.06".
