Amend CSSB 1637 (senate committee report) in SECTION 1 of the bill as follows:
(1) In amended Section 22.05(c), Penal Code (page 1, line 29), strike "actual discharge" and substitute "lawful discharge".
(2) In added Section 22.05(f), Penal Code (page 1, line 31), strike "actual discharge" and substitute "lawful discharge".
