Amend SB 2155 (senate committee report), as follows:
(1) In the recital to SECTION 10 of the bill (page 2, lines 68 and 69), strike "Sections 801.158(a) and (c), Occupations Code, are" and substitute "Section 801.158(a), Occupations Code, is".
(2) In SECTION 10 of the bill, in amended Section 801.158, Occupations Code, strike amended Subsection (c) (page 3, lines 9 through 14).
(3) Strike SECTION 35 of the bill, amending Section 801.502(b), Occupations Code (page 9, lines 8 through 22).
(4) Renumber the subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
