Amend SB 2188 (senate committee report) in SECTION 2 of the bill as follows:

(1)  In amended Section 61.132(c), Natural Resources Code (page 2, line 7), between "municipality" and "or", insert ", the mayor of a municipality acting under authority delegated by ordinance,".

(2)  In amended Section 61.132(d), Natural Resources Code (page 2, line 14), between "municipality" and "or", insert ", the mayor of a municipality,".

(3)  In amended Section 61.132(e), Natural Resources Code (page 2, line 26), between "municipality" and "and", insert ", the mayor of a municipality,".
