Amend CSSB 2532 (senate committee printing) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 26.012(16-a), Tax Code (page 1, line 27), strike "public money" and substitute "hotel occupancy tax revenue".

(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 26.012(16-a)(B), Tax Code (page 1, line 35), between "trustees" and "during", insert "and spent by the municipality".

(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 26.012(16-b), Tax Code (page 1, line 37), strike "public money" and substitute "hotel occupancy tax revenue".

(4)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 26.012(16-b), Tax Code, strike page 1, line 40, and substitute the following:

(5)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 26.04(c)(2)(B), Tax Code (page 2, line 6), strike "PUBLIC MONEY" and substitute "HOTEL OCCUPANCY TAX REVENUE".
