Amend SB 2703 (house committee report) on page 1 as follows:
(1) On line 19, strike "232, or 242,".
(2) On line 21, strike "or county".
(3) On line 24, between "chapter" and the underlined period, insert ", except as may be required under Chapter 242, Local Government Code".
