Amend CSSB 2972 (senate committee report) in SECTION 2 of the bill, amending Section 51.9315, Education Code, as follows:

(1)  In Subsection (d) (page 2, lines 10 and 11), strike "reasonable restrictions on the time, place, and manner of" and substitute "[reasonable] restrictions on [the time, place, and manner of]".

(2)  In Subsection (d)(2) (page 2, line 18), strike "content-neutral," and substitute "[content-neutral,]".

(3)  In Subsection (d)(2) (page 2, line 19), immediately following the semicolon, insert "and".

(4)  In Subsection (d), Education Code (page 2), strike lines 20 through 22 and substitute the following:
