Amend CSSJR 1 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 23, strike "or" and substitute an underlined comma.

(2)  On page 2, line 1, between "program" and the underlined period, insert ", or has been granted T nonimmigrant status or U nonimmigrant status".
