Committee Report (Unamended) |
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE
The bill's author has informed the committee that law enforcement officers in Nueces County have requested the designation of a portion of Farm to Market Road 70 as the Los Robles Trail, which would make finding a person who is lost in the area easier by providing a reference point. H.B. 1373 seeks to address this issue by designating a portion of Farm to Market Road 70 in Nueces County as the Los Robles Trail.
