A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|
|
|
AN ACT
|
| |
|
|
relating to training required or offered by the Health and Human |
|
|
Services Commission for long-term care facility surveyors, |
|
|
personnel, and providers and ICF-IID program providers. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. The following provisions are repealed: |
|
|
(1) Section 247.066(h), Health and Safety Code; |
|
|
(2) Section 533A.066, Health and Safety Code; and |
|
|
(3) Sections 22.039(b-1) and (b-2), Human Resources |
|
|
Code. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
|
|
a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|
|
provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|
|
Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|
|
Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
