| relating to the authority of certain cities to use certain tax | ||
| revenue for hotel and convention center projects and other | ||
| qualified projects. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 351.153(a), Tax Code, is amended to read | ||
| as follows: | ||
| (a) This section applies only to a municipality described by | ||
| Section 351.152(5), (6), (22), (29), or (58). | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. | ||
