| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter F, Chapter 62, Education Code, is | ||

| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2027. | ||
