AN ACT

relating to the compensation of the directors of the Texana |

|
Groundwater Conservation District. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

|
SECTION 1. Section 8857.056, Special District Local Laws |
|
|
Code, is repealed. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
