A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|

|
AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to requirements for certain funding of aviation facilities |
|
|
and projects. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 21.105, Transportation Code, is amended |
|
|
by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: |
|
|
(c) Subsection (b)(3) does not apply to a project for which |
|
|
money is: |
|
|
(1) appropriated by the legislature specifically for |
|
|
that purpose; and |
|
|
(2) administered by the department on a pass-through |
|
|
basis. |
|
|
SECTION 2. Section 21.114(b), Transportation Code, is |
|
|
repealed. |
|
|
SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
