A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|

AN ACT
|

|
relating to the chairman of the juvenile board of Parker County. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 152.1901(b), Human Resources Code, is |
|
|
amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(b) The juvenile board shall elect one of its members as |
|
|
[judge of the 43rd Judicial District is the] chairman [of the |
|
|
board]. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
