CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
         WHEREAS, Carlton Evans Beal Jr. and Lynda Kay Beal of Midland
  are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on January 27, 2025,
  and they may indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship
  they have shared; and
         WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1965, Carty and Lynda Beal
  exchanged the vows of holy matrimony at the historic Riviera United
  Methodist Church; through the years, the couple have cultivated a
  remarkable partnership rooted in deep love, unwavering trust, and
  heartfelt respect, and their marriage serves as an inspiring
  example of a truly enduring relationship; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Beal count among their blessings a fine
  family that includes their children, Carl Beal and his wife,
  Krisha, Cristina Beal, Helana Pedregon and her husband, David, and
  Lauren Sherry and her husband, Brian, as well as their
  grandchildren, Jordan Baumann and his wife, Shaylee, Jayden
  Baumann, Hailey Beal, Sarah and Emily Johnstone, Claire Bethany and
  her husband, Josh, Rose Lindell and her husband, Cole, Harley and
  Jack Pedregon, and Austin and Colter Sherry, and their
  great-granddaughter, Jolee Baumann; and
         WHEREAS, Respected members of their community, Mr. and
  Mrs. Beal are known for their kindness and compassion, as well as
  for their willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need; they
  find joy in being active in their church, and their love for their
  family and friends shines brightly in everything they do; they take
  great pride in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where
  everyone feels valued and welcome; and
         WHEREAS, The six decades of marriage that Carty and Lynda
  Beal have shared is eloquent affirmation of the meaning of love and
  commitment, and it is a pleasure to honor them for a lifetime of
  laughter, kindness, and devotion; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the 89th Legislature of the State of Texas
  hereby congratulate Carlton Evans Beal Jr. and Lynda Kay Beal on
  their 60th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best
  wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Beal as an expression of high regard by
  the Texas House of Representatives and Senate.
