A JOINT RESOLUTION
  proposing a constitutional amendment authorizing a municipality to
  use money to fund certain capital improvements to certain school
  campuses.
         BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 52, Article III, Texas Constitution, is
  amended by adding Subsection (f) to read as follows:
         (f)  The legislature by general law may authorize a
  municipality to use its money to fund capital improvements to a
  public school campus of an independent school district that are
  necessary to accommodate an increase in students attending school
  at the campus resulting from the construction of a development
  funded by low income housing tax credits within the attendance zone
  of the school district.
         SECTION 2.  This proposed constitutional amendment shall be
  submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 4, 2025.
  The ballot shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the
  proposition: "The constitutional amendment authorizing a
  municipality to use money to fund certain capital improvements to
  certain school campuses."
