R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at |
|
the loss of Julian Boaz Alexander Bibby, who passed away on November |
|
1, 2024, at the age of 27; and |
|
WHEREAS, Born on August 31, 1997, Julian Bibby was the son of |
|
Dr. Clarence Bibby Jr. and Michele Bibby; he grew up in Austin with |
|
the companionship of his baby sister, Jordan, who nicknamed him |
|
"JuJu," and his circle of loved ones also included his grandmother, |
|
Rae, and cousin, Jacen; after attending St. Francis and Khabele |
|
Schools, he went on to work as an IT professional; and |
|
WHEREAS, In his leisure time, Mr. Bibby took pleasure in |
|
gaming and listening to music, especially rap, rock, and R&B; he |
|
also loved watching movies with his mother and visiting Austin's |
|
best barbecue and burger spots with his father; curious and kind, he |
|
could light up a room with his smile, and he treasured the time he |
|
spent with his friends and family; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although Julian Bibby's journey on this earth ended |
|
far too soon, he has left his loved ones with a wealth of memories |
|
that they will forever treasure; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Julian Boaz |
|
Alexander Bibby and extend heartfelt condolences to the members of |
|
his family: to his mother, Michele Bibby; to his sister, Frances |
|
Jordan Bibby; to his grandmother, Rae Martel; to his cousin, Jacen; |
|
and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Julian |
|
Bibby. |
