R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The family and friends of Margaret Mary Peregoy of |
|
|
Laredo suffered an immeasurable loss with her passing on May 17, |
|
|
2024, at the age of 39; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The daughter of Frank and Maria Mull, the former |
|
|
Margaret Mull was born in Laredo on April 6, 1985, and she grew up |
|
|
with the companionship of three sisters, Dominique, Francesca, and |
|
|
Alexandra; she graduated from Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School |
|
|
in 2003, and she later earned a bachelor's degree in business |
|
|
administration from Sam Houston State University in 2019; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, She met her future husband, Bobby Peregoy, in 2008, |
|
|
and the couple were blessed with two children, Riley and Jack; an |
|
|
avid runner and fitness enthusiast, Mrs. Peregoy was a member of the |
|
|
Laredo Morning Crew and Bodify Functional Fitness, and she also |
|
|
enjoyed hosting cookouts and spending time with her loved ones; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although Margaret Peregoy is deeply missed, |
|
|
memories of her passion for life, her resilience, and her devotion |
|
|
to her family remain to comfort and inspire those she leaves behind; |
|
|
now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Margaret Mary Peregoy |
|
|
and extend heartfelt condolences to the members of her family: to |
|
|
her husband, Bobby Peregoy; to her children, Riley Olivia Peregoy |
|
|
and Jackson Alexander Peregoy; to her mother, Maria Leticia |
|
|
Persinger, and her husband, Andy; to her sisters, Dominique |
|
|
Michelle Arredondo and her husband, Luis, Francesca Paris Dowd and |
|
|
her husband, Alexander, and Alexandra Dion Nanney and her husband, |
|
|
Thomas; to her stepbrother, Bryan Persinger, and his wife, |
|
|
Victoria; to her mother-in-law, Janice Marie Peregoy; to her |
|
|
brother-in-law, Steve Peregoy, and his wife, Sylvia; and to her |
|
|
other relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Margaret |
|
|
Peregoy. |
