R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, A rich and purposeful life drew to a close with the |
|
passing of Michael V. Pullin of San Antonio on December 18, 2023, at |
|
the age of 72; and |
|
WHEREAS, The son of Vernon and Pearl Pullin, Michael Pullin |
|
was born in San Antonio on July 10, 1951; while attending high |
|
school, he worked to support his family; and |
|
WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Pullin benefited from the |
|
love and support of his wife, Brenda, with whom he shared a |
|
rewarding marriage that spanned 45 years, and he took great pride in |
|
his stepson, Brian; he treasured time spent with his family, and he |
|
was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need; an avid |
|
outdoorsman, he especially enjoyed going on fishing trips to Lake |
|
Amistad with his family and their dog, Gracie; and |
|
WHEREAS, Those fortunate enough to have known Michael Pullin |
|
will remember the way he touched their lives with his warmth, |
|
integrity, and generosity, and he will forever hold a treasured |
|
place in their hearts; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Michael V. Pullin |
|
and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to his |
|
wife, Brenda H. Pullin; to his stepson, Brian D. Boenisch; and to |
|
his other relatives and many friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Michael |
|
Pullin. |
