| WHEREAS, Rule 5, Section 21, House Rules of Procedure, 89th | ||
| Texas Legislature, allows the House, by resolution, to open the | ||
| floor of the House during its sessions for public ceremonies as may | ||
| be deemed warranted; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby grant permission for the floor of the House to be | ||
| opened on April 27, 2025, for Boy Scouts of America Troop No. 5, | ||
| unless the House is in session on that date. | ||
