R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The family and friends of Jessica Deann Ludwig of |
|
|
Killeen suffered a heartbreaking loss with the passing of this |
|
|
beloved young woman on March 9, 2025, at the age of 20; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Born on July 26, 2004, Jessica Ludwig was the |
|
|
cherished daughter of Robert and Tricia Ludwig, and she grew up with |
|
|
the companionship of a brother, Justin; she was engaged to be |
|
|
married to James Wilson, and the relationship she shared with her |
|
|
fiancé was a source of much happiness to her; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A devoted daughter, sister, and friend, Ms. Ludwig |
|
|
had a presence that could light up any room; with her vibrant, |
|
|
energetic spirit, she excelled as a cheerleader, and she always |
|
|
inspired her teammates to put forth their best effort; in addition, |
|
|
her passion for helping others shone in her work with children with |
|
|
special needs, whom she cared for with genuine warmth, |
|
|
understanding, and gentleness; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through the love and laughter she shared, Jessica |
|
|
Ludwig made the world a brighter place for everyone around her, and |
|
|
they will forever keep her memory alive in their hearts; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Jessica Deann Ludwig |
|
|
and extend deepest condolences to the members of her family: to her |
|
|
parents, Robert and Tricia Ludwig; to her fiancé, James Wilson; to |
|
|
her brother, Justin Ludwig, and his fiancée, Lauren Newby; and to |
|
|
her many other relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Jessica |
|
|
Ludwig. |
