R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The El Paso del Norte chapter of the Women's Council |
|
|
of REALTORS is celebrating the installation of its 2025 board |
|
|
members and committee chairs; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, As part of a national network of REALTORS, the |
|
|
El Paso del Norte chapter works to empower women in the real estate |
|
|
industry and their affiliates to connect them with the tools and |
|
|
training they need to achieve their career goals and contribute to |
|
|
their communities; the chapter also serves as a unified voice for |
|
|
its members, and it champions policies and practices that |
|
|
strengthen the profession; in addition, the organization offers a |
|
|
variety of opportunities for mentorship, education, and |
|
|
networking; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This year, the El Paso del Norte chapter will |
|
|
benefit from the able guidance of president Aileen Soto, |
|
|
president-elect Edna Perez, first vice president Lisa Wise, |
|
|
treasurer Gabriela Quezada, membership director Carla Brown, |
|
|
membership chair Evelyn Gonzalez, events director Laura Diaz, |
|
|
events chair Ashley Medina, community outreach chair Dora Oaxaca, |
|
|
marketing chair Roxana Breceda, committee liaison Sandra Canaba, |
|
|
and strategic partner liaison Tina Turner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The El Paso del Norte chapter has been an invaluable |
|
|
resource to countless women in the field of real estate, and its |
|
|
leadership and members may indeed take pride in all that they have |
|
|
accomplished; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby honor the El Paso del Norte chapter of the |
|
|
Women's Council of REALTORS on the occasion of the installation of |
|
|
its 2025 board members and committee chairs and extend to all those |
|
|
affiliated with the chapter sincere best wishes for continued |
|
|
success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for the El Paso del Norte chapter as an expression of high |
|
|
regard by the Texas House of Representatives. |
