impact in the lives of military personnel, veterans, first |

often-overlooked wounds of service; and |
WHEREAS, The Texas-based organization has launched a |
historic public-private partnership called "R3: Respond. Restore. |

responders, military service members, and veterans when actions |
conflict with their moral beliefs; the R3 Program offers training, |

WHEREAS, Through this endeavor, AWA is helping to improve |
overall performance and morale among our state's first responder |

relations with the citizens they serve; and |
WHEREAS, The vital work being undertaken by AWA takes on |
added significance in connection with Moral Injury Awareness Day on |

WHEREAS, Through the R3 Program, the American Warrior |
