R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Camille McWhorter has distinguished herself in her
  responsibilities as a legislative intern in the office of State
  Representative Terri Leo Wilson during the 89th Legislative
  Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. McWhorter has provided
  vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
  in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
  service, she has learned more about the legislative process and the
  issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. McWhorter is a junior in the honors college at
  Concordia University Texas, where she is majoring in law and
  policy; she has been recognized on the dean's list and as a moot
  court competitor, and she also competes as a hurdler on the school's
  track team; dedicated to community service, she has completed 250
  hours of mission work in the United States and abroad, and she
  currently works as a childcare assistant at Riverbend Church; and
         WHEREAS, Camille McWhorter has performed her duties as a
  legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed
  deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore,
  be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Camille McWhorter for her service as a
  legislative intern in the office of State Representative Terri Leo
  Wilson and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success
  in all her endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. McWhorter as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
