R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Barbara Flores has earned great distinction with her |
|
|
outstanding service as principal of William D. Surratt Elementary |
|
|
School in the Clint Independent School District; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the |
|
|
students, faculty, and staff of William D. Surratt Elementary |
|
|
School, Ms. Flores has led the way in fostering a supportive and |
|
|
challenging educational environment on campus; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing |
|
|
vitality of our state, and Barbara Flores is playing an |
|
|
instrumental role in helping students to reach their full potential |
|
|
and become engaged and productive members of their community; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Barbara Flores for her contributions as |
|
|
principal of William D. Surratt Elementary School and extend to her |
|
|
sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Flores as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
