R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Bennett Bush has ably served his fellow Texans as |
|
|
legislative director in the office of State Representative Paul |
|
|
Dyson during the 89th Legislature; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Bush's resourcefulness and initiative have |
|
|
earned the appreciation of his colleagues, and his contributions to |
|
|
carrying forth Representative Dyson's legislative agenda have |
|
|
helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A graduate of the University of the South, Mr. Bush |
|
|
previously served as a legislative assistant and policy analyst for |
|
|
State Representative Geanie Morrison, and since January 2024, he |
|
|
has held the role of operations manager for Associated Republicans |
|
|
of Texas; his prior experience includes service as project manager |
|
|
for Bennett/Wood Interests, as operations manager for the Madero |
|
|
Cattle Company, and as founder and president of the Sarca Cattle |
|
|
Company; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his |
|
|
duties as legislative director with skill and dedication, and he is |
|
|
indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Bennett Bush for his service as |
|
|
legislative director in the office of State Representative Paul |
|
|
Dyson and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in |
|
|
all his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Bush as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
