A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|
|
|
AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the storage of alcoholic beverages by an airline |
|
|
passenger transportation permittee. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 48.03(b)(2), Alcoholic Beverage Code, is |
|
|
amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(2) store alcoholic beverages in sealed containers of |
|
|
any size at any airport regularly served by the permittee or within |
|
|
the same county as and within five miles of any airport regularly |
|
|
served by the permittee, in accordance with rules and regulations |
|
|
promulgated by the commission. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
