| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 351.04155, Local Government Code, is | ||
| repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. | ||
