SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas has passed House |
|
|
Bill No. 1240 and returned it to the House of Represenatives of the |
|
|
State of Texas; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate is |
|
|
necessary; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, the House of |
|
|
Representatives of the State of Texas concurring, That the senate |
|
|
hereby respectfully request that the Chief Clerk of the House of |
|
|
Representatives be authorized to return House Bill No. 1240 to the |
|
|
senate for further consideration. |
