SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 438

WHEREAS, High school graduation is one of life's pivotal milestones, and Elijah Douglas Frankum of West Columbia is celebrating that joyful occasion as a member of the Southern Brazoria County Homeschool Baccalaureate Committee Class of 2025; and

WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has demonstrated exceptional diligence and determination in attaining the goals he has set for himself, and he has fulfilled all the requirements for a high school diploma; his academic achievements have made him a source of much pride for his family and an asset to his community; and

WHEREAS, Having mastered the challenges of a high school curriculum, Mr. Frankum now embarks on an adventure for which he is well prepared and that promises countless exciting opportunities; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th Legislature, hereby congratulate Elijah Douglas Frankum on graduating as a member of the Southern Brazoria County HBC Class of 2025 and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be prepared for Mr. Frankum as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
