SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 616

WHEREAS, Hailey Arbuckle has distinguished herself in her responsibilities as a legislative intern in the office of State Senator Brent A. Hagenbuch during the 89th Legislative Session; and

WHEREAS, A student at the University of North Texas, Ms. Arbuckle joined the office's staff through the Texas Legislative Internship Program; she has since provided vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, including researching and analyzing bills and engaging with constituents and stakeholders; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public service, she has learned more about the legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and

WHEREAS, Hailey Arbuckle has performed her duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th Legislature, hereby commend Hailey Arbuckle for her service as a legislative intern in the office of State Senator Brent A. Hagenbuch and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be prepared for Ms. Arbuckle as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
