The Senate suspended the necessary rules to consider and finally pass:

Relating to a lottery game played or facilitated for play by telephone or through an Internet or mobile Internet application; creating criminal offenses.

The Senate adopted the following resolutions:

Recognizing February 26 and 27, 2025, as Grand Prairie Days at the State Capitol.

Recognizing representatives of the City of Allen, the Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce, and Allen ISD on Allen Days at the State Capitol on February 26-27, 2025.

Recognizing February 27, 2025, as Texas Majority to End Gun Violence Advocacy Day at the State Capitol.

Recognizing February 2025 as Black History Month.
