No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would revise the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children. 

It is assumed any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services, the Health and Human Services Commission, the Office of Court Administration, and the Comptroller of Public Accounts could be absorbed within existing appropriations.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
