No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code to require the board of trustees of the Employees Retirement System to develop a cost-positive bundled-pricing program for health benefit plans provided under the group benefits program.  

No significant implication to the state is anticipated from implementing the provisions of the bill.  

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
