No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would allow winery permittees to purchase malt beverages and sell them at a restaurant on their permitted premises and would allow brewer's licensees who produce malt beverages to purchase wine and malt beverages and sell them at a restaurant on their licensed premises.
According to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, no significant fiscal impact to the agency is anticipated.
According to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, no significant impact to state revenue is anticipated.
