No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would recognize a license to carry a handgun issued by another state.

According to the Office of the Attorney General, Office of the Governor, and Department of Public Safety, any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
