TO:
Honorable Lacey Hull, Chair, House Committee on Human Services

IN RE:
HB1825 by Bowers (Relating to the exchange of certain information between the Department of Family and Protective Services or certain foster care services contractors and a state or local juvenile justice agency.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), as soon as practicable after receiving a request from a state or local juvenile justice agency, to provide certain information to the juvenile justice agency.

It is assumed any costs to DFPS and the Juvenile Justice Department could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
