The fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined due to a lack of available data.

The bill would amend Government Code to revise eligibility for juvenile drug courts. The bill would expand eligible juvenile crimes to include conduct involving the possession or use of a firearm or death or serious bodily injury to another.

According to the Office of Court Administration, the estimated cost cannot be determined due to the lack of available data relating to the expanded eligibility.
