HB2060 by Campos (Relating to a study on the coverage of certain infants under Medicaid.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission to assess compliance with federal guidelines and requirements on the required coverage of certain infants under Medicaid and submit a written report that summarizes the results and includes recommendations based on the results.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2025, and expire September 1, 2027.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
