HB2306 by Villalobos (Relating to changing the eligibility for release on parole of certain inmates serving sentences for trafficking offenses involving child victims and disabled individuals.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add certain offenses of trafficking of persons to the list of offenses not eligible for release on parole.

It is assumed that any impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources would not be significant.

Local Government Impact

It is assumed that any fiscal impact to units of local government associated with enforcement, prosecution, supervision, or confinement would not be significant.
