No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

There could be an impact on municipally owned utilities, counties, Water Supply/Sewer Service Corporations, or a district or authority related to temporary managers, receivers, and supervisors as the timeline for expedited review as shorten, as would be amended by the bill.
