The fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined due to an unknown number of petitions filed as a result of the bill.

The bill would amend Government Code to expand the eligibility for petitions for an order of nondisclosure for certain offenses and would reduce the waiting period for such orders.

According to the Office of Court Administration, subsequent court costs and revenues cannot not be determined due to an unknown number of petitions filed as a result of the bill.

The fiscal implications of the bill to units of local government cannot be determined at this time.
