No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

The fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined at this time. Impacted local political subdivisions that may become more limited in options for wastewater disposal could need to find other methods of disposal.
