No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit institutions of higher education from setting aside any amount of designated tuition to provide financial assistance to students. Based on information provided by institutions of higher education, implementation of the bill could have a negative impact on enrollment at some institutions.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
