No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources. It is also assumed that revenue deposited to the General Revenue-Dedicated Water Resource Management Account No. 153 related to fees from the issuance of district bonds could decrease, however, the reduction that could be realized is not anticipated to be significant.
